What Land Atlas is
Land Atlas is a screening tool: it aggregates public government and open data (see the methodology page) to help you decide which land parcels deserve deeper investigation. It is provided as-is, free of charge, while in beta.
What it is not
- Not an appraisal, survey, engineering study, hydrology report, environmental assessment, or legal advice — and no output here substitutes for one.
- Scores, crop rankings, cost ranges, and valuation bands are automated estimates from mapped and modeled data. They can be wrong for any specific parcel and are labeled with their sources and gaps.
- Listing content shown here was captured by users from public listing pages for their own analysis. It belongs to its original publishers; verify price, acreage, and availability at the source link on each listing.
Your responsibilities
- Make purchase decisions on verified information: on-site inspection, soil tests, title search, well and water-rights records, and licensed professionals.
- Don't misuse the service: no scraping the Atlas at scale, no attempting to bypass access controls, no uploading content you lack rights to.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Atlas and its operator accept no liability for decisions made from this information, for data errors originating in upstream public sources, or for service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently $0).
